This project was a full gut renovation of a 10,000-square-foot top-floor office on Park Avenue, designed to reflect the stature and
sophistication of a highly respected firm. From the outset, the goal was to create a space that not only supported the team’s workflow,
but also elevated how they presented themselves to their high-end clientele. Understanding the owner’s vision and the company’s
culture allowed us to shape an environment that embodied both professionalism and refined style.
The design process began with a fully customized space plan, carefully organizing offices, conference areas, and collaborative zones to
support both privacy and interaction. Every detail was thoughtfully executed—from custom millwork and tailored wall detailing to fully
customized doors and a signature conference room designed for impactful client presentations. Furnishings were selected for both
comfort and presence, while high-end lighting and curated art added depth and distinction. The overall design was approached with a
timeless sensibility, ensuring the space would remain relevant and reflective of the firm’s identity for years to come.
The completed office is both impressive and inviting, setting a tone of confidence, clarity, and excellence. Every element works together
to create a cohesive environment that enhances both daily operations and client experience, reinforcing the firm’s position as a leader
in their industry. This project also marked the beginning of a continued relationship, leading to the selection and full renovation of the
owner’s personal city residence—another highly customized project designed to support his lifestyle with the same level of intention and
care.
