Clinton Hill, NYC

New Construction | Development Interior Architecture & Design | Manage Design Installations This project was part of a larger residential development in Clinton Hill, designed to contribute to the neighborhood’s growth and ongoing revitalization. The goal was to create thoughtfully designed multi-unit residences that would appeal to a range of buyers, particularly growing families seeking a clean, modern environment that could support their evolving lifestyles. From the outset, the project carried a strong sense of purpose—not only in shaping the physical space but in helping define the future character of the neighborhood. The design process focused on developing model apartments that clearly demonstrated how each space could be lived in, allowing potential buyers to envision themselves within the home. Careful attention was given to spatial planning, creating well-proportioned bedrooms and living areas that balanced comfort and functionality. Kitchens and bathrooms were intentionally designed with a clean, minimal aesthetic—providing a refined backdrop that allows each future resident to personalize the space according to their own style. Furnishings were thoughtfully selected and arranged to appeal broadly, offering both comfort and visual clarity while enhancing the overall flow and usability of each unit. Throughout the process, the design was consistently presented to a group of six investors whose expectations for a successful outcome were high, making the clarity, quality, and execution of our design work essential to the overall success of the development. The completed development presents a cohesive and inviting residential experience. Each model apartment feels open, adaptable, and approachable, with furnishings, lighting, and subtle design details working together to highlight the potential of the space. The result is a modern, livable environment that supports a wide range of lifestyles while contributing positively to the character and continued evolution of the Clinton Hill community.
